Ataxia member bio questionnaire,2017 NEO Walk

Hey all, please answer some questions about yourself and your involvement with Ataxia to help us raise money for the National Ataxia Foundation and the 2017 Northeast Ohio Walk n' Roll to Cure Ataxia.

If you are able to answer some questions and send me some info please e-mail me at mikey.hammer@gmail.com -  the NEO Walk n' Roll to Cure Ataxia press contact.

Complete as much of this questionnaire as you would like, to help us with publicity efforts for the 2017 NEO Walk n’ Roll to Cure Ataxia - http://www.ataxia.org/walk/NEOWalk.  The answers will be used to generate press releases, social media posts and set up interviews with newspapers, tv and radio. Specific information about the people planning the NEO Walk n’ Roll – where you are from, where you work, etc. – makes local newspaper and radio people more interested in covering the NEO Walk n’ Roll to Cure Ataxia because there is an area connection, so it will help us get some publicity for the event and to generate content and interest for the event on the social media accounts for the event. The more publicity we get the more money we can raise for the National Ataxia Foundation. Increasing our media coverage increases to amount of donors and donations we attract. Please be as specific as possible - Please be certain to use accurate spelling for any proper names.
If you have a current picture we can use on our group website - http://ataxiafoundationcleveland.blogspot.com/  - and the NEO Walk n’ Roll to Cure Ataxia Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/NortheastOhioWalknRoll/  - and to give to the media please include it.
